Global Transactions Solutions has developed a JEE Web application development platform called “WGC – Web Ghost Coder” around a code generator for Spring-Framework applications on the Back-End side and Angular on the Front-End side. Built according to the Model-Driven-Architecture architecture, the WGC platform required R&D efforts that we continue to support for its maintenance and developments.
Low-Code Generated Code
Over 80% of the code for the web applications we develop for our clients is model-driven. Our WGC Ghost Coder handles the majority of our development and generates “near-finished” back-end (Spring-4) and front-end (Angular-13+ and HTML-5) code. Our development teams then take over primarily to:
- Implement business services on the back-end.
- Adapt the HTML layout of screens according to the client’s needs on the front-end.
The time savings and especially the quality savings are considerable since the majority of the code is generated. The code, which remains readable, is consistent and the risk of errors is minimized. WGC also generates a good part of the standard processing which allows applications to natively include key cross-functional features including:
