Taking the opportunity of the introduction of new investors in the TraInvestment round, the shareholders decided to change the name of the company so that it better reflects its core business, which mainly targets transactions processing for payment service providers market.
Global Transactions Solutions was adopted as new company name and a new graphical charter was created.
Also, since the beginning of 2022 Global Transactions Solutions S.A is our official name and all assets of Trainvestment went to Global Transactions Solutions. We are currently informing all our partners so as to do the necessary steps following these changes.
